Terms of Service

By using the Master Brand Audit, operated by Tappmedia NYC LLC, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

We provide a free AI-generated sample brand audit (diagnosis only), and one paid product: the Master Brand Audit, a complete 12-dimension audit plus a done-for-you solution for every dimension. Milo is the AI engine that produces the audit and the solutions, reviewed by the Branding Team before delivery.

The service provides marketing and brand analysis and deliverables. It does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. We make no guarantee of specific business outcomes, revenue, rankings, or results. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including how you implement the deliverables.

Audits and deliverables are generated by Milo, an AI engine, and reviewed by a human before delivery. AI output can contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing deliverables before publishing or acting on them. Milo discloses that it is an AI in every client-facing conversation.

The Master Brand Audit is a one-time engagement. The sample audit is free. Fees and payment terms are set out in your individual proposal and signed agreement, not on this site. There is no free trial.

Results Guarantee: If Milo does not identify at least 10 specific, actionable gaps in your brand that you were not previously aware of, email donald@tappmedianyc.com within 7 days of delivery. We will revise and re-deliver the audit at no extra cost, up to two revisions within 30 days of your notice. If the standard is still not met after that, we refund the audit fee.

The remedy runs in that order: the work first, the fee back only if we cannot meet the standard. The deposit is earned when the audit run begins, because it covers the engine run and the human review. Fees are otherwise non-refundable except under the Results Guarantee or where required by law.

Dimension 12 (Legal and Regulatory Exposure) is a preliminary screen based on automated and manual research. It does not constitute legal advice and is not a substitute for review by a licensed attorney. Trademark clearance searches are a preliminary screen, not a formal clearance opinion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tappmedia NYC LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
